WELCOME TO MY STUDIO BY THE SEA
I paint the beautiful fleeting moments we see when we remind ourselves to slow down and notice them - the second before a wave crashes, or the feeling of the cool water against our skin as we dive in.
I find the rhythm of the sea calming and energising at the same time, and I aim to capture this in my work.
I'm a Brighton-based artist specialising in seascapes and paintings that celebrate our relationship with the water.
I'm a painter, sea swimmer, beach cleaner, paddleboarder, and one of my favourite things is sipping tea on the beach at sunset.
I run a little gallery, just up from the beach in Brighton. We have a rolling programme of exhibitions featuring my work, the landscape paintings of my co-founder Matt James Brown, and local guest artists.

I am currently taking part in the Artists Open Houses festival in Brighton, with a family exhibition with my Mum and my Grannie.
LAND, SEA & SKY is a celebration of nature, and also of family and connection.
We started painting together when my Grannie was diagnosed with dementia 10 years go, and you can read more about our story on the AOH blog.
